Title: Director of Maintenance
Shift: 8:30am-5pm
Job Description: We are currently seeking a full-time Dirctor of Maintenance to oversee the day to day operations of our Maintenance Department, implement and carry out policies and procedures, participate in quality assurance, and assist in the hiring, training and supervision of maintenance personnel. Applicant must have previous experience in a supervisory role in a institutional setting. Must possess knowledge of HVAC, Long Term Care regulations, and Life Safety Codes. Must have clean NYS driver's license.
