Looking for compassionate, committed individuals to provide resident care, administer medications,perform routine charting and record keeping, supervise and instruct nursing assistants and interact with residents, families and staff. Must possess a clean, current New York State Licensed Practical Nurses license. Prior experience in long term care a plus.

Shift: Part Time
Job Description: Consultant on a regular basis with Nutritional Services Director;assess nutrition needs and food patterns; provide nutritional counseling; consult concerning the development and review of dietetic policies and producures.
Title: Diet Technician
Shift: Full Time
Job Description:To assist the Food Services Director in obtaining, recording and maintaining residents' nutritional information; participate in quality assurance; assist in developing and revieweing residents' diets in accordance with care plans; maintain proper records to ensure that residents'diets are in compliance with physician's orders. Candidate must have completed undergraduate education including an Associates Degree (AAS) in Food and Nutrition and meet the program standards establizhed by the American Dietectic Association.
